It was great to meet you sticks, thanks for the pointers. We ended up tying for 10th on ribs and lost the coin toss Mad . Everything else didn't fair so well even thought the rub and sauce as the same as last year when we did much better. Still had a great time though.

Hey Swinewerks, that's still a good place for Ribs. Ribs have been my achilles heal. Can't get over middle of the pack. Was this your fist comp using a DP smoker?

Yes, last year we used my home made offset and had a horrible time keeping it stable (the rain/snow at 1am didn't help) this year went much smother and had lots of room to move things around.
