Door on firebox jams
I had a door on one side of my firebox jam everytime I lit it up. It seemed to just not want to close, unless I got real aggressive with it.
It wouldn't close with ease again until it cooled down.
Anyhow, it was pointed out to me that the hinge on the door was not aligned correctly and a little loose. I had a friend (master welder) fix it and what he did was removed the door all together, firmed up and realigned the hinge and presto the door opened and closed better than the other side.
My friend also added some steel bars inside of the door. He said it would reinforce the door from warping (just in case). All together it took him 3 hours of work.
Note: Discussed the situation with Travis & he reimbursed me for what my friend asked for.
Here are the after pics:

Wow Robert you sent me the pictures but didn't say what really fixed it. I have been grinding trying to fix it and the real problem is probably my hinge too..I have a small gap at the bottom now.

Sorry to hear about that Florida. I could have sworn that I told you the hinge was the problem. How big of a gap are you talking about? If it's small it shouldn't effect your cooker at all. Pics?

It's like 1/8 and it doesn't really effect it. The box isn't seal proff anyway but if it sticks again I will look at the hinge
